​Hillmeadow puppies are raised in our home with lots of love. We intentionally remain a small breeding programme so that we can focus on raising puppies with care. We believe that puppies are a service, not a product. From the day they are born, our puppies are lovingly handled and experience a positive introduction to the human world. We understand that early socialization is critical, and we use a combination of Puppy Culture and Avidog principles to guide puppy rearing. We also provide education to our reservation families to prepare them to successfully welcome their puppy home. 

​All Hillmeadow Cobberdogs are registered with the Master Dog Breeders' and Associates to ensure quality and authenticity as a pure breed in development. Our focus is to produce loving, social, and trainable dogs that are suitable for therapy roles and family companionship. 

We primarily raise medium sized Cobberdogs. Our Cobberdogs are allergy friendly and low to non-shedding. We do thoroughly health test all parent dogs (hips, elbows, patellas, dentition, cardiac, eyes, and comprehensive genetic testing) before they are bred.
